As a
trusted advisor of investors, I ensure that all the tasks related to acquiring
or launching a business in Denmark are taken care of. These
tasks typically include contact with public authorities, formally establishing
the company, finding corporate headquarters, employing and finding residences
for employees, and establishing contact with a bank, lawyer and accountant. I
provide help with building the finance department and developing relevant
reporting models. Moreover,
I am happy to participate as a board member to provide inspiration and help
